Accessibility Help
We want this store to be usable by everyone, including customers who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnifier. This page explains what we have built, what is still weak, and how to reach us.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard operability and clear, predictable navigation. Accessibility is treated as part of building a page, not a later fix.
What we have built
Keyboard navigation
Every link, button, filter and form field can be reached with Tab and activated with Enter or Space. A skip link jumps straight to the main content, and focus is always visible. Nothing in the checkout flow requires a mouse.
Screen readers
Product images carry alternative text naming the product. Headings follow a logical
order so a screen reader can move through a page by structure. Icon-only controls in
the header carry accessible labels, and the current page is marked with
aria-current.
Zoom and resizing
Pages reflow down to a 320-pixel-wide viewport and stay readable at 200% browser zoom without content being clipped. Tables scroll inside their own container instead of forcing the whole page sideways.
Colour and motion
Colour is never the only way information is conveyed - an out-of-stock product shows a
written label as well as a muted button. Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion, so they are switched off
entirely if your system asks for that.

Known limitations
We would rather list these openly than imply the site is perfect:
- Product photography comes from a shared media library, so alternative text names the product rather than describing the specific contents of each photograph.
- The category menu in the header opens on hover on large screens. Keyboard and touch users reach the same destinations through the menu button and the category pages.
- Some longer specification tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens.
