1. Accepting these terms

Using this site means you accept the terms on this page and the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store. We may update these terms; the date above is when they last changed.

Product information

We describe specifications as accurately as we can. Manufacturers occasionally revise a component mid-production, and product photography is illustrative - the item you receive may differ in minor cosmetic detail from the picture shown.

Prices

Prices are shown in Jordanian dinar and include VAT. The price charged is the price displayed when you place the order.

Availability and pricing errors

Stock levels shown are live, but an item can sell out between your adding it to the basket and completing checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected line - we will not simply ship something you did not agree to pay for.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report anything damaged or missing promptly so we can raise it with the courier.

6. Returns and warranty

Change of mind

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Software, and components whose anti-static seal has been broken, cannot be returned once opened.

Faulty goods

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Nothing here limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

Damage not covered

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, or failure caused by operating a component outside the manufacturer's stated limits.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
• Extract the catalogue by automated means for republication.
• Place orders fraudulently or in another person's name.
• Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The layout, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names, brands and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Product photography is sourced from Wikimedia Commons under free licences; credits are recorded with the image files.

9. Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss - including lost data or lost profits - arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
